How does it work?
Step 1 - Sign up
Step 2 - Your business will receive its own custom website link with a form where your customers can fill in their details or you can fill it in for them.
They can gain access to the website via a URL link or a QR code.
Step 3 - After a specified period which is chosen by you (eg. 2 days). Your Customer will receive a Whatsapp message asking them if they are happy with the product or service received from your business.
If the customer selects Very satisfied, They will receive a message asking them to review your business by clicking a button.
If your customer selects Satisfied, we can still ask for a review or just ask them to tell you what your business could have done for them to be very satisfied
If you customer selects Not satisfied, they get a message asking them why they are not satisfied.
This way positive feedback are publicly displayed and negative feedback are privately handled
