Step 3 - After a specified period which is chosen by you (eg. 2 days). Your Customer will receive a Whatsapp message asking them if they are happy with the product or service received from your business.

If the customer selects Very satisfied, They will receive a message asking them to review your business by clicking a button.

If your customer selects Satisfied, we can still ask for a review or just ask them to tell you what your business could have done for them to be very satisfied

If you customer selects Not satisfied, they get a message asking them why they are not satisfied.

This way positive feedback are publicly displayed and negative feedback are privately handled

HOW DOES FEEDBACK SYSTEM WORK?

There are a 2 ways to implement the system.

1. You can use it as an invoice detail collection platform.

You can send your customer the website link, they submit their invoice details. Now you can easily access the customer details to create their invoice and they are registered in the feedback system.

They will receive a Whatsapp from feedback system after a specified amount of days asking them if the are satisfied or not. If They are, the system will ask them for a google review. If they are not satisfied, you will be notified and you can ask the customer what the problem is if you want to.

2. Feedback collection platform only.

You can go to the website link and submit the customer details by yourself. They will receive a Whatsapp from feedback system after a specified amount of days asking them if the are satisfied or not.
